  • Mix egg, cream and melted butter in a bowl. In another bowl, mix Kanso KETO Flour, erythritol and baking powder.
  • Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the egg/cream mixture.
  • To taste, add 3 drops of vanilla flavoring or 20 g of finely chopped Kanso CacaoBar to the batter.
  • Pour the batter into muffin cups (approx. 50 g) and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180 °C/circulating air for 15 minutes.
