Keto nut cookies

Preparation:

  • First, mix the dry ingredients (Kanso KETO Flour, ground hazelnuts, erythritol, MCTfiber, baking powder) together in a bowl.
  • Then add egg and pieces of butter and work with hands until smooth dough.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to about 5-6 mm thick and cut out cookies.
  • Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C / top/bottom heat for approx. 11 minutes.
  • Turn off the oven and leave the cookies in the oven for another 10 minutes.
