Keto Pasta

Quick and easy pasta recipe: For a keto pasta you need a total of only three different ingredients! 

 

Preparation:

  • Weigh 300 g of Kanso KETO Flour and add 4 eggs and 2 tablespoons of water. Knead well with your hands until a smooth dough is formed.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 1 cm. Cut the resulting dough sheet into several pieces. Now roll out the individual dough sheets very thinly (approx. 1 mm) or use a pasta machine for this.
  • Cut any pasta with a sharp knife or use the cutting attachments of a pasta machine.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes.
  • Drain the finished cooked pasta well and serve with butter, oil or high-fat sauce to increase the KQ.
