Mini pizzinis

With these mini pizzinis the next pizza evening becomes an experience. They not only look great - they also taste great! Have fun cooking and feasting! 

 

Preparation and ingredients for 4 pieces (2 servings):

Mix the Kanso KetoBaking Mix, water, olive oil, KetoMCT Oil 77% and pizza seasoning well in a bowl and work into a dough. Leave to rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.

With wet hands, form four balls of dough and flatten them into mini pizza shapes on a baking mat/tray. Pre-bake at 180 degrees convection oven for 10 minutes.

During the pre-baking or resting time, chop the onions, mini peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and pepperoni. Prepare the (drained) tuna and olives. Remove the pre-baked pizzini from the oven and spread with KetoTomato. Top as you wish: In my case:

1x bell pepper, tomato, onion, herbs

1x olive, bell bell pepper, onion

1x tuna, onion

1x mushroom, onion

 

Sprinkle the pizzinis with grated relish, sprinkle with pizza seasoning or salt, bell pepper, paprika and bake for another 15min at 180 degrees convection.

Enjoy warm or cold.
