Eggplant and zucchini bites
Who says that barbecues always have to be about sausage and steak? Eggplant and zucchini bites offer a super tasty veggie alternative.
Preparation:
- Thinly slice the eggplant and zucchini, salt well on both sides and let sit for 30 minutes. Then pat well.
- Mix a marinade of water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, onions, salt and pepper and soak the vegetables in it for several hours.
- Pumpkin seeds and Kanso KetoFlour mix, bread the marinated vegetables with it, directly on both sides in Kanso MCT Oil 77 grill.
