Suitable for cooking & baking; Ideal as a spread and to refine sauces and salads.
Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
Note
Do not initially consume more than 20 g MCT per day. If necessary, increase the amount only slowly by 5 g MCT per day to a maximum of 50 - 100 g MCT per day. MCT could cause bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhea in sensitive individuals. 100 g KetoMushroom contains 28 g MCT.
