Sesame roll
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees convection.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Beat the eggs until foamy, then add the water. Then add the flour mixture little by little while stirring.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Form 7 buns from the dough, sprinkle a little sesame seed on top and press in lightly. Dust with a little bamboo fiber.
Place in the oven for 40 minutes and then cool on a kitchen rack.
