Pancake Lasagna

Pancake lasagna, the Italian classic times as a sweet version, popular with large and small gourmets 😉. A super dessert that is easy to prepare, because the pancake lasagna is baked in the oven before serving. In taste nice and light and fruity.

 

Preparation pancakes:

Mix all ingredients together well.

Fry 4 pancakes in a little KetoMargarine on both sides.

Mix all ingredients together well.

 

Preparation custard:

Warm the whipped cream slightly, then pour into a tall cup. Add the other ingredients and puree with a hand blender. You want it to be a slightly creamy sauce. Add a little more citrus fiber as needed and blend again with a hand blender.

 

Preparation pancake lasagna:

First put a pancake in a form. Put some cream of the filling on it, put the next pancake and so on. Finish with a pancake and spread the topping berries on it. Pour the custard on top and bake in the oven at 155 °C convection oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
