KetoSlices with avocado cream and arugula
Preparation:
- Halve avocado, remove pit, peel and cut into small cubes.
- Avocado with KetoCream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wash arugula.
- Kanso KetoSlices seeds dark in a frying pan in KetoMCT Oil 77 % roast until crispy.
- Place the bread slices on a plate and top with the avocado cream. Top with arugula and refine with a pinch of freshly ground pepper.
