KetoSlices with avocado cream and arugula

Preparation:

  • Halve avocado, remove pit, peel and cut into small cubes.
  • Avocado with KetoCream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wash arugula.
  • Kanso KetoSlices seeds dark in a frying pan in KetoMCT Oil 77 % roast until crispy.
  • Place the bread slices on a plate and top with the avocado cream. Top with arugula and refine with a pinch of freshly ground pepper.
