Keto pizza base

Make pizza dough yourself. Tips for a simple, delicious and perfect pizza crust! 

 

Preparation:

- Mix the salt and Kanso KETO Flour together. Dissolve the yeast in 150 g of water (32 °C). Add the yeast water and oil and knead with your hands until a homogeneous dough.
- Form a ball of dough and let it rise in a bowl, covered in a warm place, for 40 minutes.
- Knead the dough again and roll it out on a floured work surface (about 4-5 mm thick).
- Place the pizza base on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 200 °C/circulating air for 12 minutes.
- Remove the pizza base from the oven and top with the desired ingredients (e.g. tomato sauce, cheese) and bake for a further 10 minutes at 200 °C.
