Keto burger with oven zucchini fries

Craving some keto-friendly fast food? Treat yourself to a delicious keto burger with zucchini fries. Who wants sugar when you can have this sugar-free fast food flavor bomb instead!

 

Preparation // Step by step:

Preparation Burger Buns:

Mix all ingredients (except the sesame seeds) well. Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet in the shape of two flat burger buns. Bake for 20min at 180 degrees convection. Let cool and then cut in half.

Buns

Preparation meat:

Season the veggie mince with some mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix well and form 2 patties. 10 cm diameter & 2 cm height are perfect. Before frying, press a depression into the patties with a spoon so that they do not bulge during frying.

Fry in a pan with olive oil on both sides until juicy.

Preparation topping:

Wash and prepare the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato and the red onion, chop the gherkin. Cut the avocado into slices. Add the tomato and onions to the pan, salt and pepper. Let sizzle.

Covering

Preparation frieze:

Cut the zucchini into fries. Add the water, ¾ of the cheese, the oil, salt and pepper (or the zucchini seasoning) and mix well. Bathe the zucchini strips in the breading and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan over the fries and bake for about 30min at 180 degrees convection. If you like to enjoy the fries "individually" rather than as a casserole, you can fry the whole thing with lush oil in a pan.

Preparation dressing:

KetoCreamPut the KetoCream, sugar-free ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic clove and onion pieces in the blender and mix together. If it is too thick, simply add a little water. If you don't have sugar-free ketchup to hand, add some erythritol and tomato puree for a sweet note. KetoCream.

Final:

Spread sauce on both sides of the burger bun, cover the bottom with a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, the burger patty, avocado slices, onions, gherkin and another tomato slice and lettuce leaf. Cover with a lid and serve with zucchini fries.
