Preparation:

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined. Crumble yeast and mix everything for 2 minutes at low speed with a mixer.
  • Slowly add the water and mix everything for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the oil and knead into the dough for 1/2 minute at low speed. Then knead again for 2 minutes at higher speed.
  • Pour the batter into a silicone bread pan and smooth it out with a damp spoon.
  • Cover the baking pan with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 50 minutes.
  • Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 55 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before cutting.
