Tarte flambée
Preheat the oven to 250° top/bottom heat or 230° convection. Cover a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper. Put the Kanso KetoBaking Mix in a mixing bowl with the salt. Add the soy milk and the salt. Then knead everything into an even dough. Divide the dough in half. Sprinkle Kanso KetoBaking Mix on the work surface and roll out the tarte flambée nice and thin. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the base sauce and season with salt and pepper. Spread the cream on the tarte flambée with a spoon and top as you like. The tarte flambée need about 12 minutes in the oven.
