Blueberry pancakes

Preparation:

Beat eggs with erythritol + stevia mixture, some vanilla and cinnamon.

Add almond milk and ketoflour. Stir until a smooth dough is formed. If necessary, add another sip of almond milk if the dough becomes too firm. The consistency should be thin. Finally, fold in the fresh, washed blueberries.

In a pan with keto margarine over medium heat, cook the pancakes one at a time on both sides.
