Christmas apricot walnut thalers
Preparation:
Melt KetoMargarine and whisk together with egg and stevia until fluffy. Mix KetoBakingMix and cocoa powder and also add. Then add 100 ml of the whipped cream.
The next step is to grind walnuts into a kind of flour, add to the dough and season with the spices. Now puree the soft apricots with the remaining whipped cream and fold into the dough. Grease ramekins and divide the batter evenly among the number of pieces (here 83 g batter per 10 ramekins).
Bake at 150°C convection oven for approx. 15-20 minutes. After cooling, decorate with stevia powder.
