Keto bread

Preparation:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined. Crumble yeast and mix everything for 2 minutes at low speed with a mixer.
- Slowly add the water and mix everything for about 2 minutes.
- Add the oil and knead into the dough for 1/2 minute at low speed. Then knead again for 2 minutes at higher speed.
- Pour the batter into a silicone bread pan and smooth it out with a damp spoon.
- Cover the baking pan with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 50 minutes.
- Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 55 minutes.
- Allow to cool before cutting.
