Summer melon feta salad with avocado

  • Place the melon cubes in a bowl.
  • Peel the cucumber, cut into slices and add.
  • Cut avocado into small cubes and fold in.
  • Finely chop the fresh mint leaves and fold in.
  • Then season with a little fleur de sel and black pepper from the mill.
  • Kanso MCT Oil 100% and apple cider vinegar. Now finely crumble the feta cheese over the salad. Mix everything together lightly in the bowl.
  • Decorate with pine nuts on top.

Tip: Gladly lightly roast the pine nuts in a frying pan beforehand!
