Summer melon feta salad with avocado
- Place the melon cubes in a bowl.
- Peel the cucumber, cut into slices and add.
- Cut avocado into small cubes and fold in.
- Finely chop the fresh mint leaves and fold in.
- Then season with a little fleur de sel and black pepper from the mill.
- Kanso MCT Oil 100% and apple cider vinegar. Now finely crumble the feta cheese over the salad. Mix everything together lightly in the bowl.
- Decorate with pine nuts on top.
Tip: Gladly lightly roast the pine nuts in a frying pan beforehand!
