Scrambled eggs with herbs zucchini
Preparation

Sauté zucchini in keto margarine.

Stir in ginger, salt, lemon juice and thyme.

Whisk eggs with pepper, salt, parsley and arugula and pour over zucchini mixture.

Process into scrambled eggs.
Tip: Of course, the herbs can be changed according to your mood. Wild garlic also fits perfectly here!
