Crispy cucumber salad
A beautiful summer day tempts you to grill. A crunchy cucumber salad makes a wonderful fresh, crisp side dish.
Preparation:
- Grate the cucumber with a grater.
- Chop the spring onion into small pieces.
- The Kanso KetoCrispbread break into small pieces.
- Cucumber, onion and Kanso KetoCrispbread with Kanso KetoMayo, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and the spices mix and infuse.
