Keto brown bread
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 °C convection oven. Weigh out all ingredients.
- First, mix all the dry ingredients together well in a bowl. Heat the margarine in a saucepan and add to the dough together with the lukewarm water, stirring constantly, and knead well for about 3 minutes.
- Pour the dough into a silicone bread pan and smooth out with moistened hands. Bake at 180 °C for about 70-80 minutes (please test with a wooden stick!). Let cool before cutting
