French toast with raspberry yogurt
Mix the soy drink with the citrus fibers, erythritol and cinnamon in a bowl.
Mash half of the raspberries with a fork and mix with the soy yogurt and erythritol.
In a pan, heat the Kanso KetoMargarine.
The Kanso KetoSlices white go into the bowl with the milk mixture so that they soak up nicely. Then they go into the pan and are fried on both sides until golden brown.
Arrange on a plate with the yogurt, sprinkle with a little powdered erythritol and garnish with the remaining raspberries.
