Tarte flambée toast

Preheat oven to 170 °C convection oven.

Mix Vega cream with Kanso KetoCream and vegetable cream cheese alternative and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the smoked tofu into small cubes.

Spread the Kanso KetoSlices white with the cream and sprinkle with cubes of smoked tofu and chopped chives.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 170 °C convection oven.
