Crunchy cocoa avocado truffles

If you're looking for a sugar-free and super chocolaty treat, you've come to the right place with our cocoa-avocado truffle. It practically melts in your mouth and provides an extra energy kick with its oily-fatty components.

Preparation/step by step 

Preparation

Melt the KetoCacaoBars over a water bath or in the microwave.  

Break the KetoCrispbread into small pieces and place in the blender.  

Add avocado, vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa powder, erythritol, coconut milk, melted chocolate & oils. Mix everything briefly and pour into a bowl. The leftovers may remain in the blender for the preparation of the decoration. 

Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.  

Décor

Grind 1 KetoCoconut Bar, 15ml hazelnut oil and some vanilla in a blender (with the chocolate residues) and mix.  

After the 1-hour chilling time, remove the truffle mixture from the refrigerator, form into 10 small balls and roll in the "coconut bar hazelnut oil breading".  

Serve chilled.
